You transmit a summary of each document you issue — document type, counterparty VAT number, net value, VAT, and the income classification. e-Timologio maps your invoice to the right myDATA document type and classification automatically, so a single click covers the whole transmission.

Nothing extra. The myDATA connection is available on every e-Timologio plan, including the free one, and there is no per-document fee. You only need your own AADE myDATA credentials, which AADE issues for free.

Issue a myDATA user ID and subscription key from the AADE registration portal, then paste them into Settings → myDATA in e-Timologio. You can start in the developer sandbox and switch to production whenever you are ready. After that, every invoice gets a "Send to myDATA" action.

Submitted documents cannot be edited in myDATA, but they can be cancelled. e-Timologio keeps the MARK (unique registration number) of every submission and lets you cancel an invoice in myDATA with one click — the cancellation MARK is recorded too, so your history stays complete.
