Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
Use of the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business or personal invoicing and time-tracking purposes.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its operation, or using it to break the law.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you enter, including invoices, client details, and tax information.
Plans & Payments
The Service offers a free plan with usage limits and paid Pro plans (monthly or one-time lifetime).
Paid fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
We may change our pricing from time to time; changes will not affect the current billing period of an active subscription.
Invoicing & Tax Compliance
The Service helps you create and manage invoices but does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.
You are responsible for ensuring that your invoices, tax rates, and any myDATA/AADE submissions comply with the laws applicable to you.
When you enable integrations such as myDATA, you authorize us to transmit the relevant data using the credentials you provide.
Your Content & Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We claim no ownership over it.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your data solely as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by e-Timologio and protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
